These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"We", "us", "our", and "the Company" refer to the operator of the Services. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Services. "Content" means any data, text, files, or media you submit, upload, or transmit through the Services.

By registering an account, clicking "I agree", or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and keep that information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately via our support contact page if you suspect unauthorised use.

We provide a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Feature availability, usage limits, and pricing are published on our website and may differ by subscription plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before a renewal.

You agree not to (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe intellectual-property rights; (c) upload malware or attempt to breach security; (d) scrape or resell the Services without permission; (e) use the Services to harass, spam, or impersonate others.

You retain all rights to Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Services on your behalf.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (excluding your Content) are owned by the Company and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services — nothing more.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, except where mandatory local law dictates otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the product or email at least fifteen (15) days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
